Trinity Heart and Vascular Group is a cash-based, direct pay, third party free, outpatient cardiology practice. We diagnose and treat a comprehensive array of cardiac conditions including evaluation of patients with known or suspected peripheral vascular disease.

Our cash-based approach allows us to offer affordable, transparent pricing for our services. Budget friendly fees are especially advantageous for patients who are self-pay (self-insured) or have a high deductible insurance plan.

Being ‘third party free’ minimizes outside intrusion into the patient care paradigm. This positively fosters the patient-provider relationship and gives our clients confidence that we are solely dedicated to their particular medical needs with no undue influence by insurance companies, corporate medical systems or the government.

Mr. Nolan Hensley PA-C

Office Locations Served: Greeneville (Cardiovascular Medicine and Primary Care)

Nolan Hensley is a Certified Physician Assistant as recognized by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. A 2019 graduate of Lincoln Memorial University DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine, he was the recipient of the LeCont Rural Medicine Scholarship.

Mr. Hensley has been serving East Tennessee in cardiovascular medicine since that time. He is experienced in the management of complex acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions in teenaged and adult patients. Mr. Hensley also has extensive experience supervising cardiac stress tests.

Prior to his training as a Physician Assistant, Nolan attended East Tennessee State University (ETSU) where he obtained a degree in Cardiopulmonary Science. Mr. Hensley has served the Greeneville community as a Respiratory Therapist at Laughlin Memorial Hospital until and throughout his Physician Assistant training. He is licensed in the state of Tennessee.

Dr. Daniel O'Roark DO, FACC

Office Locations Served: Greeneville / Johnson City (Cardiovascular Medicine)

A 1984 graduate of Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. O’Roark completed an internal medicine residency in 1987 (Grandview Hospital and Medical Center; Dayton, Ohio) and a cardiology Fellowship at St. Francis Medical Center (Pittsburgh, PA) in 1989.

Dr. O’Roark holds board certifications in internal medicine, cardiovascular diseases, echocardiography (cardiac ultrasound) and nuclear cardiology.

He has clinically directed and overseen the accreditation of two busy nuclear cardiology labs in his over 30 years of cardiology practice experience.

Dr. O’Roark is a member of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons and a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and is licensed to practice in Tennessee and Virginia.
